With nearly two decades of experience, Phil has driven innovation in product development, program management, and mobile technology across industries such as media, AI, automotive, and sports.
He has led the development of global CMS and workflow solutions for mainstream brands, managing teams across multiple continents. 
Phil’s expertise includes resource management and training, for both onshore and offshore talent, as well as overseeing multi-office workflow collaborations. 
His hands-on leadership has consistently delivered high-impact results for global agencies.
